Jimmy Muller the President of On Top Fishing LLC lives in CT and is more than just an avid fisherman and outdoorsman… It has always been and still is his life and passion since 1969.

Jimmy's mom and dad were out fishing in Long Island sound on August 5, 1969, the moment they returned to the dock… They went straight to the hospital and Jimmy was born moments later. You could say he was born with a fishing rod in his hand!

Since he was old enough to stand and hold a fishing rod… He's been doing so ever since.  After leading a life as a master machinist in the Aersospace & Defense sector, he patented his own product back in 2009 he has come full circle and is on the water 200+ days a year fishing.

As a new venture Jimmy decided it was time to make a fishing lure company with his first idea of bringing back his brother Bobs invention of the offshore trolling teaser named the GALUGA.

Jim's older brother Bob invented this back in the early 80s and every fishing trip out, the Galuga outfished every other rig on the boat consistently, predictably and reliably for many years whether it was Tuna or Mahi or Marlin or Swordfish. 

Along with the Galuga… Jimmy has also decided to work closely on inventing special saltwater inshore and offshore poppers and stick baits as well as some other proven lures that he has developed through the years.

Everything on Jimmy's website have been dialed in and proven to out Fish everything else that he has used.  

 When you buy something from On Top Fishing,  you know the wheel has already been invented, tested and proven,  so these are not lures that catch the fisherman,  however these are lures that really catch the fish.....time and time again.
